Do I need to register for VAT?
VAT registration becomes mandatory once you exceed the legal supply threshold; below it, it is optional. We check together whether you are required and register you correctly. The standard VAT rate in Moldova is 20% (8% reduced, 0% for certain operations).
How much does accounting for an LLC cost?

How is the IT Park tax calculated?
IT Park residents pay a single tax that replaces most taxes and contributions. The greater of two applies: 7% of sales revenue or a monthly minimum per employee (tied to the national average salary). We help you find out which one applies to you.
